VTG 80s Black Velour Boho Chic Jumpsuit Romper Jumper Size 12 NWT Liz Claiborne

Description

Vintage 80s (1986) Liz Claiborne black velour jumpsuit with gold-stitched elastic waist and shoulder pads. Deadstock with tags. There are two small flaws: a small hole in the elastic waistband and a 2" opening in the seam where the stitching has come out. Both should be simple repairs. Tagged size 12, but please check the measurements below.
Measurements in inches with garment laying flat—
Pit to pit - 21"
Shoulder to shoulder - 17.5"
Middle of back collar to shoulder + shoulder to cuff end -
Waist - 15.5" across
Inseam - 29"
Thigh - 27"
Hips - 46"
Length - 61"
Cuff - 8"
How to measure:
Lay your jeans/shorts flat and have a measuring tape handy.
Rise: measure at the start of the crotch seam up to the waist of jeans. This will tell you if it's a low, mid, or high rise jean. So if you want mom jeans - then your rise will be over 10 inches! Low rise jeans will be approximately 8.75 inches or less.
Inseam: Measure at the same start point as the rise - except you are measuring down to the hem of the jeans.
Hips: Measure at the bottom of the zipper all the way across the width of the jeans.
Leg opening: Measure across the hem of the jean. The width determines the cut - bootcut, tapered, straight leg, wide leg, flare..etc.
Length: Measure from the top of the waist to the bottom of the cuff along the side.
