This is a fabulous vintage swimsuit / romper / playsuit by Rose Marie Read. Label says Draped Sheath. Features:
ring and bow detail at bustling.
adjustable straps that can be worn crossed or straight.
Boning in sides and bust cups
ruching over hips, looks like pockets but they’re not.
metal zipper in back, and plenty of stretch.
All the elastic is good.
It’s clean and ready to wear.
Overall excellent vintage condition with only minor flaws. The biggest is a 1 inch area on the butt seam that needs re-sewn. (see close up photos) and a tiny worn spot down there too.
Size is Small.
Bust - 34" but will stretch to 36"
Waist - 22 - 24"
Hips - 34 - 36".
