Vintage 80's does 40’s Cimmaron Culottes Romper Jumpsuit Polka Dots New Wave O/S

Vtg 80's Go 40’s Style Cimmaron One Piece Mini Dress Romper. Dark navy blue with white polka dots, 100% rayon, so this washes well and the colors stay true. In excellent vintage condition, this piece is amazing. Two deep side pockets, two mock flap chest pockets, short batwing sleeves, two abalone shell buttons on front placket that you can button on either side, front hidden zipper closure. I suspect this was a one size fit, there is no size tag or evidence of one. This should have a somewhat loose and slouchy fit that looks like a dress at first glance. I would guess it to be a modern size 6-8, but please see measurements. The fit is very forgiving, except the waistline. All measurements taken while laying flat:
Waist at top of zipper, across:15 1/4”
Inseam: 8 1/2”
Rise: 14”
Shoulder seam to hem: 40”
I was at the mall yesterday and saw so many riffs on this design, but not a one, even the expensive ones, as cool and well-made as this one. Own an original piece!
