Vintage 1970s Edith Martin Harem Pant Jumpsuit Playsuit Spaghetti Straps M L XL

Great vintage 1970s harem pant jumpsuit/playsuit by Edith Martin California. Spaghetti straps that tie at the shoulders. Belt loops (The belt in the photos is not included, I just wanted you to see how it looked with a belt). Designed to have an oversized/voluminous fit. There is smocked elastic around the ankles and across the top of the jumpsuit. No fabric tag, but it is lightweight, and feels like it could be polyester. It is machine washable. In very good vintage condition; there are few pulled threads on the left thigh (photo 6). The elastic around the ankle cuffs have a bit of stretch left, while the top band of elastic is still completely stretchy; between this and the oversized fit, I feel the jumpsuit could fit a Medium, Large, or XL. Please compare the below approximate flat lay measurements to your own to ensure proper fit:
