    I shaped the cutting surface by a belt sander using water. Please sharpen it up by hands. Thanks
    Ebony handle gives classy look, though, ebony is likely to be cracked by drying. It's good idea to soak it into oil or oil the surface frequently. (Drying oil is better.)
