At the heart of the Speciale is a 4.5L V-8 that develops 597 hp at 9000 rpm, along with 398 foot pound of torque at 6000 rpm. What makes it valuable? it's Naturally Aspirated high revving V8 powerhouse. ALCANTARA & LEATHER THROUGHOUT INCLUDING SPORT SEATS, NO SUSPENSION LIFTER (EQUIPPED WITH ORIGINAL RACING SUSPENSION) SUSPENSION LIFTER'S ON THE SPECIALE WERE NOT RECOMMENDED BY FERRARI DUE TO THE CHANGING FROM RACE SUSPENSION TO 458 STANDARD SUSPENSION, PLUS THIS IS ADDED WEIGHT. That is quite an accomplishment for having a disadvantage of four cylinders. -Weight: From the aluminum chassis to the composite interior, Speciale weighs in at only 3,076 lbs.
